Led by Andy Wilkins

A highly experienced leader within the land and planning sector, bringing over two decades of specialist knowledge to every project. Founder of Lone Star Land, which he built from inception and sold in 2025, Andy now leads Riva Land. Created to deliver an exemplar promotion service, combining Andy’s proven track record with a modern, values‑led approach centred on honesty, excellence and commitment.
