The Wythall Green site extends to approximately 40.85 acres (16.53 hectares) to the west of Wythall village centre. It comprises a major headquarters office building in established landscaped grounds.
It is bounded to the north by agricultural land, to the west by Kings Norton Golf Club and to the south by The Transport Museum, Chapel Lane Caravan and Motorhome Club campsite and Wythall Cemetery. The successful Becketts Farm shop and cafe is a short distance south-east.
